This is the coding sequence for reflectin A1 from the Longfin Inshore Squid (Loligo pealeii) with the ribosome binding site B0034.

Source

A plasmid containing this sequence was kindly donated by Wendy Crookes-Goodson. The protein has been back-transcibed and codon-optimized for E coli. There were no introns to be removed.
